Bhav is an Experience Design Manager at multi award winning global digital agency SapientNitro in London. Blending a background in New Product Development and Digital design, he brings an increasingly critical dimension to the Digital/UX world in shaping robust consumer centric solutions. With over 10 years experience in the Design industry, Bhav has produced innovative cross channel brand experiences with a hybrid design and strategy focus for global brands across a wide range of sectors including Marks & Spencer, Barclays Wealth, Ladbrokes, Aviva, Lloyds Banking Group, Garanti Bank, AXA Investments, Confused.com, Vodafone, Telefonica (O2), HMV, Universal Music, Footlocker Europe (Sneakerpedia), Football League Interactive, Lebara and Waterstones. He holds a BSc in Product Design and MA Design Branding & Innovation strategy from Brunel University (Egham). In 2007 he presented his research paper at the DMI Conference in Paris, entitled “Exploring the fundamental issues of ‘Design Thinking’ and its successful implementation for organisational success”.
